There is no virtual in web.

If you still talk about the web as a virtual reality, or if you separate your actions on the web versus your actions in the reality, check out this promotional video about Facebook Places.

Now, what I think about Facebook, Facebook Places, foursquare and other location-based services would be a whole other discussion. This video simply spoke to me as a good emotional answer to people who still think that using the web in 2010 keeps us disconnected.

    True! There’s been a huge shift in the way we perceive/use the web. From a “second identity/ virtual world” to an extention of reality, reinforcing our identity.
