Alex Payne is the lead developer at Twitter. I follow his blog because he writes interesting (long) articles about the things he cares about. His ideas are clear and easy to follow, which makes him almost relaxing to read. He also seems like a nice guy: once, I wrote him an email about a picture of his workstation that I saw on another website and he responded right away.
