Microsoft’s Blue Screen Joke
I knew there was a fake BlueSceen Screensaver running around.

But did you know it was distributed by Microsoft itself since 2006 ?
The creator is Mark Russinovich, a Microsoft Software Engineer who seems to love Windows troubleshooting and error messages screenshots. He must have been pissing in his pants laughing so hard for twelve consecutive days the first time he tricked an unsuspecting coworker with the screensaver.
Who are these guys ?
I want to help my friend Kyle with his next project, so I’m asking you:
See this video for more details on the project.
Spore Creature Creator
In march 2006, I was writing about Spore, an upcoming simulation game that develops over many stages.
Today, the game is still not out (it launches on septembre 7th, 2008), but you can download the Spore Creature Creator as a trial of the game!
I will post mine soon.
Manufactured Landscapes

Yesterday I watched a documentary called Manufactured Landscapes. Jennifer Baichwal followd canadian photographer Edward Burtynsky in his exploration of human transformed landscapes. Burtynsky’s pictures and Baichwal’s long contemplative shots made makes you think a lot.
Those of you who pass by métro Square-Victoria everyday will recognise some of Burtynsky’s pictures as they are part of a Mouvement d’Art Publique expo inside the station
